SHAH ALAM: Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin as TSM Charity Golf (TSMCG) 2013 Chairman/Founder today donated RM100,000 to flood victims from the recent floods in Pahang, Kelantan, Johor and Terengganu.
The cheque was received by Media Prima Berhad representative, Datuk Ahmad A. Talib, who is also News and Editorial Operations Executive Director.
The donation is from existing funds which were collected from various contributions and fund raising activities in 2013.
This is the second time that TSMCH has channelled funds after the 2004 Tsunami in Acheh.
Also present at the ceremony were Youth and Sports Minister Khairy Jamaluddin and TSMCG President, Tan Sri Megat Najmuddin Khas.
The TSMCG is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation, helping the people through its charity programmes.
